Changing Homing Attack to Probability Manipulation for RT-0001

Currently, RT-0001 users are listed for Homing Attack

Homing Attack (The RT-0001 is a weapon that is well-known in the series for its capacity to let users carry out inescapable attacks and surehits before the opponent even moves, let alone budge. Gen’s inescapable attacks are capable of landing on opponents like the Daikaiju of the Meireki, who can easily catch his and Soshiro's fastest attacks, and react to a punch from Berserk Kaiju No. 8, whose is stated to be an ace greater than the Variant Squadron-Style Combat Technique

But after reading the description of Probability Manipulation

The ability to alter probability, allowing one to make the unlikely more likely to occur, and vice versa.

This can take effect in a variety of different ways; it may appear as just supernatural luck, or can be more actively used for defense to make attacks inexplicably miss - and in the same way, it can be used to make sure attacks always hit.

I feel like this is much better to list RT-0001 as Homing Attack is more in regards to attack seeking a target which is not how RT-0001 functions, but rather uses precog to ensure that one’s attacks always hit/lands without fail, hence inescapable
