Minor revisions for Rangiku and Ayon

So Ayon is a 7-A for stomping some people who are "7-C+, possibly 7-A+".

Asides from the fact that he for some reason is listed as a 7-A and not a 7-A+ in the AP, SS, and durability sections on his profile, he should be "7-C+, likely High 7-A" in his tier, with the High 7-A part coming from him upscaling from a 906.24 megaton calc to Baseline High 7-A which is 1 gigaton.

In relation to this, Rangiku should scale to 1/3 of Ayon in her "possibly" section for fighting 3 dudes who together could summon Ayon, so she'd go from "possibly 7-A+" to just "possibly 7-A".

Also kinda doesn't make sense for Rangiku to have 7-A+ durability when one attack from Ayon tore a nasty large chunk from her side.

Thoughts?

Tres Bestias don't scale to a third of Ayon, I disagree. Ayon is a separate entity summoned from them sacrificing their arms. And Ayon's showings are just massively beyond only 3x stronger than a Tres Bestias.

If what Arc said about the tiers being outdated and him planning to revise them is true, then I don't mind.
