Fate Manipulation (Far superior to Djinns who are also wish granters that can manipulate fate itself. Drew a circle around Professor Shakeslock that if he left, he would certainly die, which happened later when he accidentally left it. He stated that those who learn of his true name meet worse fate than death. Can manipulate the outcome of any event and is stated in the description that "it is he who decides how the story plays out")

It's not Fate manipulation, just normal manipulation.

"Me, who with but a whisper..."

In the video we see him very clearly talking to a soldier when he says this. The bald soldier is Gaunter. All of the video shows that Gaunter is partly responsible for Ciri's birth, and it all started when he manipulated the Usurper into betraying Emhyr's father.
Gaunter just played games of thrones here

It should be removed from the profile

The description of that video states otherwise, though. It says that GOD's influence is all across and beyond The Continent, and it is he who decides how the story plays out no matter how much you try to defy him. In the end, all will bow down to him.

That's more than mere social influence. In fact, I think this is more than just fate manipulation as well. This seems more akin to a very potent plot manipulation.
