So we should debate the cellular level thing more? I'm 100% for it being durability negation- Drive Knight mentioned it because Orochi was attacked in an unusually precise fashion- normally even dragons don't damage with that much precision. And if you can target cells like that it's durability neg, heck with that kind of accuracy and the ability to perceive far-away and obscured objects like Drive Knight a couple miles away in a tunnel or Blast's portal a couple miles down I don't see why Tatsumaki couldn't do stuff like target the veins or organs of her opponents.
Not that she would necessarily do that in character, but she logically has the means to and I think durability negation is the best way to describe that with our terminology.

Nevermind, I accept that too.
To be sure, I’m not familiar with Fubuki’s current scaling. That lashing has been a thing for years but she wasn’t scaled to Do-S till now? If the scaling is fine with OPM knowledgeables, then go ahead.
