Minor Private Addition

So I technically did half of this in another thread, but this part didn't really get discussed at all.

Basically, Private needs another category to go alongside his social influencing on account of his Quantum Hypercute. This ability is stated to overwhelm the minds of pretty much anyone with so much cuteness factor that it knocks them out instantly. Not sure what it would fall under, but it works pretty much every single time so it is clearly an actual ability inducing temporary incapacitation.

Also it's stated by Kowalski to be scientifically improbable due to requiring 137% cuteness which surpasses the normal 100%, so take that as you will.
