Minor Oltura additions

Was watching the Oltura fight in Monster Hunter Stories 2 and realised it has abilities not listed on the profile so let's make this quick and simple.

Paralysis Inducement: (Oltura is capable of inflicting paralysis)

Power Nullification: (Oltura is capable of inflicting Skillseal which makes the inflicted unable to use their abilities)

Statistic Reduction (Oltura has shown to be able to reduce it's opponent's speed)

idk what this could classify as but Oltura is also able to inflict Techseal which can seal an enemy's attack.

I think Techseal would just be another Justification for Power Null.

EDIT: Oltura also uses a move called Thunder Bullet in the boss fight and the attack generates lightning, so could that also be, like, electricity manipulation or however we word it on this site?

Oltura already has access to it through elemental manipulation.

On another note, should it be noted that Oltura's mind hax potency increased when it rejected worm and became moth since it was able to mess with Ratha who was previously able to shrug off Oltura's influence akin to Nergigante.

Yeah, i think that also makes sense. If it wad able to suddenly affect someone who was previously unaffected, it's likely to have gotten stronger
