Change Prime All For One’s Earth Manipulation to Telekinesis (The feat seems to be much closer to telekinetic powers than simply controlling rocks)

Star and Stripe needs Minor Soul Manipulation and Power Nullification (Can place a rule on her own vestige so it attacks other vestiges, destroying the powers of whoever that holds Star’s vestige)

Nejire Hado needs Power Bestowal (Can lend her energy to other people, enhancing their physical strength)

How is this an unconventional resistance? In no way is he resistant to Empathetic Manipulation. His emotions can still be manipulated completely. Hell, if his negative emotions were controlled, then his Quirk would be useless.
