Meme Oshino should have the "Unknown, likely 9-A" removed from his profile, as Koyomi recognizes him for being able to stop the 3 hunters' attacks as the reason he was able to negotiate with them, and that if someone was more match with Kiss-shot it would be Oshino, instead of the 3 hunters. So, he must be at least equal to the hunters. He must be a solid 9-A or at least have the "Unknown" removed from his profile.

This is my first CRT, so I hope I'm doing it right.

He's at "Unknown, possibly" because there's only very weak implications that his AP is comparable to his durability.

The statements you've added, that "Since he has the skills to block their attacks, that's why he can negotiate with them" and "Meme's more capable of being a match with Kiss-shot than the vampire hunters" are both still really weak, since we know that Meme fights with a lot of specialist bullshit, not with pure physical blows.

idk, even among the ones we've seen they all fought in different ways. Dramaturgy had brute strength, Episode is presumably a bit weaker but was able to exploit vampiric weaknesses, and Guillotine Cutter was repeatedly stated to be the most dangerous despite being an ordinary human and needing to kidnap Tsubasa to stand a chance.

From what we've heard about Meme's fight with Tsubasa, it sounds like he's more in the "Knows an absolute fuckton of aberration countermeasures and strategies" camp. It seems weird to attribute him being more of a match to just AP.
