No, that's not Uchiha Reflection, that's him flaring up his Susano'o Aura. You can tell because his Chakra flared up exactly like this when using the Susano'o against the Shinobi Alliance and the Five Kage.

The whole focus of the scene was Madaras gunbai, it's definitely not just him "flaring up his chakra"
