Minor Karnak Revision

I think we're capable of ending this before 14/4.

Basically, Karnak is inconsistent af, and comics like to wank martial arts stuff, hence his pressure points and other martial arts things can harm 4-B people and are extremely inconsistent.

My suggestion would be to make him 9-A base strength (scaling to peak humans, fighting Daredevil) as he isn't Cap-level normally (one-shot by BP), and durability negation with pressure points.

Do Pressure Pints negate Durability?

Karnak seems to have som weird fiction martial art thing of being able to harm far stronger characters via certain techniques.

9-A normally is fine, but I am uncertain about rating him that high with pressure points. He is very inconsistent. Perhaps an unknown rating instead?
