Minor IDW Sonic CRT

[LaserPrecision]

As the title suggests, this is a really simple CRT. Wanted to get this out of the way so I don't have to wait for a more important/bigger CRT to cover it, making this specific change take longer than it really needs to.

Silver's range should be upgraded to several Kilometers via this accepted calc. His AoE can remain the same, as the guesstimation I made before proved to be correct as seen in the blog.

To be honest, I'm unsure. I never really understood when a CRT was concluded and what it's based on. Admin confirming the changes could be applied? A variety of people agreeing with zero contentions?

A 24 hour wait after the CRT is made is how long I prefer to wait for as a preference. But you do have enough support here to apply the changes.
