She should instead be 7-C. Why? She harmed the Darkness Devil with her telekinesis, who is 7-C.

This would also make Chainsaw Man 7-C, as he fodderized Makima and took no real damage from her telekinetic attacks.

I think it's due to her scaling far above an High 8-C value iirc.

Gun Devil's durability:

Durability: At least Town Class (Comparable to striking strength)

Gun's Devil's striking strength:

Striking Strength: At least Town Class

There is currently zero justification for the Gun Devil's physical striking strength. I can only assume it is being scaled to its AP for creating a crater.

Characters have a smaller scaling chain and are x1.48 times behind 8-B, and Jojo characters, who have a bigger scaling chain and are only x1.4 instead are just High 8-C+

Either downgrade them all to High 8-C+ or make Jojo 8-B too.

It is very strange to consider DD to be above GD but at the same time consider him to be dozens of times slower
