Pain manip is good, but we don't give resistance to cold and cosmic radiations only because a character can stay in space anymore.
People have told me the reasons, but I don't remember them.

If that’s the case then that’s fine the shining stars will need to have cold temperature and cosmic radiation removed from their page as well
