I noticed this too late into the last CRT, but essentially the passive mind-hax (and WHITE Damage) warp people's perception of reality. This is straightforward Perception Manipulation, so this CRT is pretty minor.
This will be added to Abnormality Physiology (specifically the mind-hax part) and mentioned in all pages that utilise WHITE Damage.
