This is a pretty simple upgrade that will be applied to the Abnormality Physiology page.
Abnormalities cannot enter a state of panic or lose their sanity in combat, and they don't have a sanity meter in-game either, so this is a pretty good supporting feat for their already existing resistances to these abilities.
Their limited Type 2 Immortality becomes a full-blown ability, as it's stated that removing their heads or detaching their spinal cords couldn't kill them.
This is further supported by Ebony Queen's Apple still being able to casually keep it up with and harm the sinners even after having both of its arms removed in battle.
