Mindless (Or virtually mindless) entities Vs. Various mind-based abilities

I'm doing research on a series of characters that can no longer feel emotions and are virtually mindless and this question comes to mind. Do mindless creature have a natural resistance to stuff like Madness Manipulation or Morality Manipulation since they literally they don't have a mind to turn mad or a mind to corrupt morals with. That is probably obvious, but here is a more tricky question. Do entities with limited minds (Like Zombies; like the ones from Resident Evil) have a natural resistance to stuff like that.

Note: In case if you're slow, what I mean by virtually mindless, I mean with creatures that are limited minded (I think that is the wording) or have limited brain functions.

If so, we should probably list off the abilities that won't be effective or would be useless against characters/creatures of this nature. Or a Mindless Physiology page should exist.

No, mindless creatures are immune to any mind altering ability, although they can still be affected by brain affecting abilities (assuming they have brain), Morality Manipulation isn't a mind based ability several cases, but also an spiritual one.

Generally beings of non-sapient mind can also be affected by mental abilities, but tye user needs to show it, isn't the same mindhax a human mind that an animal mind, abilities that also affect the subconsciusness tend to not have effect in short minded beings.

(A more specific question) What if the creature are completely incapable of feeling emotions and only have the desire to kill and spread a disease

But outside of that they don't show any other desire (Or whatever the correct term it is) reminiscent to a person or an animal

Being of with apathy aren't affected by Pathokinesis, althoughnif they have desire then they aren't apathic, as desire its an emotion. Its pretty common for characters with indominable emotions to be resistent to certain mental abilities, mainly the ones that alter their state of mind, but depends of the ability.

Characters that lack a soul are apathic and immune to spiritual abilities; the user may not have the ability to dream, so abilities that affect the subconsciousness wouldn't work in that case.
