mind manipulation resistance for sasuke itachi and a few others

I meant, we don't normally grant characters mind manipulation simply due to having another character being able to snap them out of mind manipulation. The character snapping them out of it could have notes that they can repel the effects of mind manipulation being done to other characters, but that's not quite resistance.
