Has Milo even been shown to get rid of said cancer? That's probably what the misfortune can't deal with.
 
As Osemere said technically the cancer would also have Murphy DNA which would mean the cancer itself would have bad luck as any male member of Milo's family share his affliction.
 
Late but Milo’s probability stuff is on a higher level than Doof, he barely made it through the theme song.
 
I don't think anyone has pointed this out yet but Milo's cancer IS HIM. The cancer is made out of his own cells so it's going to be naturally subjected to Murphy's Law.
 
I know this is an old thread, but this video is (or at least I’m pretty sure) the reason for the thread being made and goes a bit more into detail about why Death is absolutely ****** against Murphy’s law. I’d recommend anyone who sees this thread go watch it, it’s great
