pretty much, and the AP gap is virtually nonexistant here since Mika is baseline, and R. Mika is close to baseline.

R. Mika is actually 5163 Tons of TNT scaling to Chun-Li's strongest Kikosho, so Mika kinda has a small AP advantage and a massive stamina advantage. Plus she needs Flight and Explosion Manipulation based on her moves, so she's more versatile.

I think I'll have to go with Mika.

Tbh Mika's flight is basically her charging into from the air. Explosion Manipulation comes from her grab moves.
