The fight takes place in Konoha

Conditions for winning-

1.Defeat the opponent

2.Kill the opponent(I hope this won't happen)

Both of them chances for winning as Kakashi is very powerful and has susanoo,kamui,etc.Again, Guy can also win with his power of gates....Also,both of them are great rivals!

I am doubtful-who wins?Can anyone say?
