Miden has no regen or resist to matter manip but he does seems to have matter manip as well.
but he does have some resu which im not aware how strong
going by cag she's prolly gonna let miden do things first
cagliostro might get overconfident and get one of her body blasted since her durability isn't that high anyway. but then cag can matter manip as a soul or without a body unless you can nullify or overpower her matter manip.
So far i see matter manip as wincon and lose con for cagliostro if she allows miden to copy her abilities or memory manip her

Power Absorption and Memory Manipulation come in the same package. Resurrection allowed Cure Passio to come back from being built to spontaneously die at some point (which means that there's presumably some biological manipulation involved).

Matter Manipulation just lets him make stuff.

Cagliostro is overconfident but not stupid. She gets oneshotted once and blast him as a soul.

I'm not sure how much it matters, but what I said about Miden's tactics applies when he has at least some prior knowledge.
