in our matches up, if a character destroy the universe and his opponent owns mid Godly Regen, can he come back? because High Godly = To return even if the reality does not exist anymore while Mid Godly it is only the existence, then?

Nonexistence erasure, erase beyond nonexistence or power nullification. That, or avoid killing the guy and use a sealing or something

Someone with a high level erasure like Reinhard Heydrich can do it.

Doing a destruction on the level that High Godly can regenerate from is a good way to bypass it.

Sealing is a good thing too.

For example, Lilithmo , Sailor Moo / Cosmos and Sailor Chaos can do this because it has to erase non-existence, beyond or Nullify regen mid godly

High level reality Manip can not it bypass the regen?

Potent enough reality warping can do pretty much everything on this list. You need to be a bit more specific

Reality Warping can do pretty much everything else. Conceptual manipulation is also an easy way to remove regen.

The only person I know having been erasing from non-existence (for it is non-existent) is Chaos
