Mid-Godly Regeneration Question

If a character is able to regenerate people using the source of all memories stored in the universe, but the characters they heal just have "normal" injuries (stabs, cuts, bullet wounds, bites from large animals, severed limbs, and broken bones) would they still get mid-godly regen?

Doesn't even sound like mid-godly as it would require a feat of it regenerating complete loss of body mind soul

I don't think so, even if the character can heal people from the source of all memories stored in the universe, that doesn't mean it can heal complete erasure of people's body, soul and mind so there may be a limit to ability.
