Michael Myers scales to superhuman travel speed via teleportation with subsonic combat and reaction speed(reflexes)

Michael has better speed feats let me begin with travel speed and teleportation feats:
In 1978 we have seen Michael vanished several times:
1- When Laurie was looking out the window, yes we haven't seen it but when he was vanished Laurie doesn't even blink.
Then in HK78, there are more evidences which are shows us he can teleport:
1- Michael vanished again, you just can't explain how did Michael managed to climb that fence and then walked away in 5-10 seconds before Hawkins could catch him plus as if that's not enough his footprints end while he still has one more step to fence.
2- In the extended cut of HK, flashback scene; Lonnie spots him and begins to look at him. He doesn't blink and even looking at him carefully but he managed to get away again.(It's similiar to bush scene in 1978 but then he had longer bush and bigger space to walk so I am not adding it.) After he encounters with him and while he was begging for his life, he vanished again; if not, explain me how did he walked away in 5 seconds straigth.
3- Officer McCabe finds a footprints near of window but no footprints found but these, I hope you have enough logic to think this is impossible.
4- After Officer Hawkins shot Officer McCabe, he just walked and already reached to end of the stairs while Hawkins ran and just reached at the railings.

I’m pretty sure these are just a mix of Michael’s already Peak Human speed and his absolutely insane stealth. He probably just hopped the gate and railing and then just walked away or jogged (as seen in 1978) for most of these. I don’t really see any teleporting going on here.

1-We all know Michael never runs or just runs when he attacks (Like murder of Bob and attack of McCabe) so it isn't possible he jogged, and it's not also logical to believe he just walked away. I am not even talking about how did he passed the fence, I mean it's impossible to hop and pass without damaging it, you have got to be a olympic athlete to do that.
2- If he hopped from railing to end of the stairs, how did he had perfect landing and why was he still walking.
3- It's still impossible to explain the feat of H78 and 2nd, 3rd feats of HK78.

Yeah he is excellent at stealth but we can't explain all these feats with stealth.
