AfO doesn't seem to have a win condition; Salem casually regnerated from being turned into a puddle.

True, but Salem's got nothing else new to AFO. Not even Power Absorption (which I only see work on Maidens, but IDK.)

The main way I see Salem winning this is tiring AFO out, before trying to decapitate him, and that's if he doesn't take her powers (which might mot be possible, but IDK about that either.)
