You need to calculate the feat to see how fast it is

MFTL? Probably no, it seems that is a decent dodge feat (that with a laser close to his eye) which could put him at FTL if calced but other than that dodging lasers even if a lot of them would still only require him to be relativistic to FTL to dodge.

Assuming he dodged it after he saw it and not as an instinctive reaction or via analysing the path of the lasers, that should be enough for Ftl, not sure for higher. It would be easier to determine, however, if there is context on how much time he took to do all this. like in some cases a pannel describes a single moment whereas in other cases the drawer tries to fit the whole scene in a single pannel

If the laser meets all the requirements, then you would need to calculate it, however, out of sheer laziness you can probably put it in the profile as at least FTL or FTL+
