Mewtwo's Time Travel

So I heard ProfessorKukui is the resident pokemon expert but he seems unavailable right now, does anyone know where Mewtwo's Time Travel comes from? It seems to have zero justification so it'd be nice to know just... when has he done this?

In the movie I can’t remember what it’s called right now, he did manipulate time but as far as time travel there was no such thing.

Edit: Wait I just found it look at Time Travel it says in limitations:

• May be unable to travel to different points in space, and instead remain in the same spot but in different time periods, which may possibly result in telefrag.

So it makes sense why it was accepted.

I think he shouldn't have it. He's had it since 2018 with no justification, so someone definitely just added it without good reason
