Mewtwo has Power Mimicry, Power Absorption, Power Nullification, and Mind Manipulation.

Doc's Matter Manipulation says it's on physical contact so I doubt he'll make it to Mewtwo in time. His other abilities like intangibility won't help given Mewtwo has ways around it.

Looks kinda stompish depending on what this Mewtwo goes for first.
 
Mewtwo scales to 420 Zettatons

So Doom has a AP edge

Doom has a:

+Higher AP

+Higher durability

+Is Smarter

+Range

MechaMew2:

+Better lifting strengh

+Haxs

So it depends on if MechaMew2 actually uses his haxs

Pretty sure Robo-Cat can play keepaway long enough to whittle down Doom, or at least this version of him. Too many powers for that insane versatility and the AP gap isn't even 2x. Besides, it's likely that it has the same intellect as canon M2.
 
Mew2 usually doesn't use most of its hax that isn't power mimicry or what it has mimicked in character but power mimicry is pretty good since its stated to amplify the ability of what it copied Mew2 also used self destruct on Giovanni when it gained sentience by grabbing him
