Not very knowledgable on Captain Planet, but from looking at his profile, they should be even but still unsure how this will turn out. Captain outclasses her in AP and speed but doesn't have the means of speedblitzing her Planet Level Durability (Assuming we're using that). On the other hand, Ichigo at the very most can only put a few minor scratches to Captain IF she can even tag him, running all over the place at light speeds . I inconclusive for now.
