Why is he 8-B? I cant see why he is not at least 5-A or 4-C, he does not feel threatened at all when he is being shot with "full concentrated power of the sun". He doesnt even flinch even when the ray is only several meters above his head albeit even its only for a few seconds or less. So can someone explain why he is 8-B? I can understand Tighten being 8-B since maybe his powers are not full since he is a counterfeit. But why Metro Man is 8-B? Im not mad or fanboying or anything, its just that I am trying to understand better how the rank is applied?
