So I’ve recently been playing Splatoon 2 and after taking a look at the profile, I saw that Inklings have Low-Godly regeneration. However, isn’t that only with spawn or checkpoints? Cause I don’t recall an instance where they regenerated without it. If that’s the case then shouldn’t it be Low-Godly via spawnpoints?

It'd be like that, yes.

And before anyone asks, no, it isn't a game mechanic, several sports often involve making other cephalopods explode, yet they just come back with them anyways and so it isn't a concern, and they're brought up in-universe as well, however, it does mean it's effectively unusable under default SBA.

Given that they can regenerate on their own as well, I think it'd be like "Mid-High in base, Low-Godly with Spawn Points", given that they can regenerate from having over half of their body converted into foreign ink.

Okay. That is probably fine then. Thank you for helping out.

What Bobsican suggested can probably be applied. Tell us here when you are done.

What's the evidence for their body being converted into ink rather than just covered in it when they're damaged?

I recall they also used to have Mid-High before I updated the page with Low-Godly, but I was a newbie at the time and didn't elaborate, so I'll get to fix that tomorrow or so given I'm going to be busy for the rest of the day.

Okay. Thank you for helping out.
