Cause of the 8-C energy projection. But even if you restrict that, the chimp isn't getting through the armor. You probably should close this, it's kind of a stomp.

I dunno, man. Chimps are pretty strong.

They are but metal armor is a good counter to them, they're not strong enough to rip it apart and they can't bite through it. And a chimp's punch is actually really weak, they mostly fight by pulling and biting, which both are basically nullified by that sorta armor.
The Metal Guy also has invisibility and electricity so really this is kind of stompy.

Metal Man has 9-B durability, with 9-A to 8-C durability with his shields.
The average Chimp can't get past that dura, and Metal Man's durability is doubled by the armour.
Regardless, a single punch from Metal Man will knock out the Chimp. Or even kill it.

Metal Man has 9-C durability. I'm restricting everything above it.
Chimps don't even react to being bludgeoned over the head with shovels. I highly doubt Metal Man could one-shot it
