I think it didn't accepted (i didn't examine with detail) but i think it is calc stacking because we don't have statment for Arthur has FTL perception speed

no it can be at least ftl scaling to characters whos scaling to Ludoshel But if we don't have statment like "Arthur can move speed of light" we can't make calc. It would be calc stacking. So if we want to take Arthur ftl, we need a statment for make a calc
