Pretty straight forward stuff in the recent chapter Fraudrin was going to self-destruct and wipe the Country of Liones off the map. Merlin stated that Meliodas would survive the explosion and so would her perfect cube barrier.

Well, we do not know the exact yield of the explosion, whereas we do have calculation for Danafor, so I think that it seems safest to use what we already know instead.
However, Meliodas just almost doubled his power level to 60000. That may or may not warrant some form of upgrade, by scaling him to Estarossa.

Yes and a weakness is he loses a little bit of his sanity every time he is revived
