Megumin AP and Durability Upgrade

So we all know how Megumin is Multi-City Block as of currently because of the calc right? Well some novel reading may just upgrade Megumin.

On page 182 (I believe) in the first novel Aqua unleashes Sacred Create Water. This spell flooded the starter town (which is rather large) and lots of the area around it. This attack hit Megumin and Darkness. Through my understanding I think Megumin might gain durability from that to at least Town level. As for Megumin's AP...

As I stated Darkness was hit by the Sacred Create Water after being hit by Dullahan many times (thus Darkness was in a weakened state), Darkness survived this attack and was only "wounded" it isn't stated how wounded but she was able to kneel and pray after (page 187). Megumin's explosion brought Darkness to the brink of her life. With this in mind Megumin probably has above Town level AP.

Details About the Town and Sacred Create Water

The town hit by Aqua's Sacred Create Water is the starting town of Konosuba. The town is rather large and it suffered severe damange from the flood. This town was also surrounded by large walls (like a castle's). Aqua's Sacred Create Water also took a few seconds to hit the town.

So yeah I'd say Town to Large Town AP and Durability for Megumin?

Seems more like environmental destruction.
What part? Is it Aqua's Sacred Create Water? Because she is creating that water, she isn't grabbing it from somewhere else. Besides this thread is focusing on Megumin.

Yeah, not to sure on whether or not it should scale to her durability as well, unless Aqua has other Water Magic that should be comparable in power.

Sacred Create Water is a higher version of Create Water (which is massively weaker). With durability scaling Megumin was hit by the water at the same time as the town so the water should be just as strong.

Also I should note that stamina will likely be buffed too. Explosion is the most draining spell in Konosuba. Kazuma is shown to have just as much energy as Megumin and Kazuma is able to cast multiple spells and still be kicking the same with Aqua (who uses higher forms of those spells). So yeah Megumin should actually have some pretty good stamina if she compares to those two.

Kazuma's spells are bottom tier so their mana consumption is close to negligible, Aqua has the largest mana capacity currently known to us and Megumin is Megumin and the reason why she all but turns vegetable after explosion (aside from massive mana consumption) is because iirc, she doesn't have any other skill to supplement it.

Alright, however durability and ap are still in the air for this. Could you put in your two cents on that?

Hmmm.

Durability-wise, tanking the full force of a flood condensed into the size of a fist = durability on par with the attack.

Getting swept away by the flood and not getting mushed in the process imo won't scale since she only got hit by a small amount of the giant blob of water that dropped some distance away from her.

Then again, that the flood cracked, iirc broke through a part of the wall would be enough to have Wall to Building and up durability depending on the thickness of said wall. (For reference, Intramuros in Manila has 2.4 meters thick walls)

Perhaps someone can calc the amount of pressure per area the flood did to break the wall?

With regards to the town getting flooded, I'd think that falls under environmental destruction unless that flood came in the form of a water dragon or something, but since it's just a flood, It'd act more like a natural calamity and thus, environmental destruction than pure AP.

It was stated in the light novel that buildings were destroyed in the town from the flood also the water came from Aqua's attack (this will likely also pass on to Kazuma due to him also being caught up).
