Story: Idk the plot of Transformers. I guess Megatron invades humanity and Superman is there to protect it. Or Optimus Prime falls in the DS game and Clark decides to protect Earth from Megatron.

This is Allspark 2007 DS Game 8-A Megatron vs DCU Movie 8-A Superman. Speed is equalized and fight takes place on Earth.

Skill? I'll give it to Megatron. He's a million years old so he had more time than whatever supes got going in.

Supes has the agility advantage by a wide margin and Megatron is a big target so I doubt Megatron is gonna tag Supes that efficiently.
I'll give it to Supes, low-mid diff. Megatron is a big target so virtually everything will hit along with the advantages supes has.

I think Superman should be able to win this. Between his superior AP and LS, he should be able to overwhelm Megatron in direct combat plus he should be versatile enough to have multiple methods of catching Megatron off guard (Superman could attack from the air or from underground, and he could blow Megatron away or burn him from a distance). In addition, Megatron is overconfident and is heavily reliant on the AllSpark in his 8-A key, which means that he'll be at a major disadvantage if it gets knocked out of his grasp.
