X can’t even incap with his hax. Sure he has things that would mess up Accel pretty badly, but they all get reflected normally. Not to mention X can’t use his hax if he were to stop time.

It also isn't his durability, just the '''''potency'''' of his vector hax. Really it shouldn't have it due to him not needing to calc magnitude but we scale it to the strongest attack in the verse to avoid NLF.
