2 rounds: Speed Unequalized and Equalized. I care more about the equalized match, personally. Who wins and why?s
Sora KHHD
Mega Man

Round 1: Mega: Freezes time, runs up to Sora's face before hitting him with Absolute Zero ice

Round 2: Whoever gets off his time stop first wins.

No, if he gets hit with the Time Stopper he can't move like anyone else.

Mega's differ's from Flash Man's in that the latter (the original) can use it as much as he wants but has to be able to draw a bead on his target, while the former is an instant universal time stop but only lasts a limited duration and he can't use his other weapons while it is active.

Thanks for clarification. I probably mixed two of these.

What about Sora's time stop though? I didn't play KH at all. =)

I haven't either, but reading off the wiki it looks like Sora's only affects his immediate vicinity, so depending on how far apart they are Mega will still take this thanks to his Durability Negation via Absolute Zero ice.
