i havent played command mission in its entirety so i may get some stuff wrong and while thats a fair point tbf isnt he amped by 2 different supra force metals which are massively above standard ones which alone revolutionized/amplified reploid stats and engineering to to new levels, and only one of the 2 is what gave him the healing which they had to remove to win. however he was still a very extremely powerful foe with still 1 supra force metal left powering his attacks and was still enough to have him in the same transformation. not sure if the stats should be taken that literal for great redips only being slightly stronger because they likely still want a balanced final boss considering you fight him immediately after. even when you defeat him he still notes how he views the transformations power alone without the healing to stuff be like "gods power". I don't know much about ninetales either outside of it being a post game superboss, so im unsure of that strength literally carries over the final boss itself. not saying its out of the question and ninetales should still have higher end scaling, but i feel like thats a detail that should be noted as it might potentially just be a gameplay thing similar to smt v where matter lucifer is the final boss but post game superbosses that are very much narratively weaker then the final boss are way stronger in gameplay like satanThe problem is that is not related to AP. Redips' power being declared supreme in the context of the game is due to the fact that Supra-Force Metal grants him an unlimited regeneration capacity, which allows him to regenerate all his life during each turn of the game. Great Redips only has a power of 200, which is slightly higher than his base form, who has a power of 178. For comparison, the most powerful character in the game, Ninetails, has a power of 400. So, the strongest character AP wise in the X timeline would be Ninetails.
