I checked the guide books say she's " 3,402,193,822,311 years old" which is 246x more than our universe which gives her Eternal Life or Longevity.

I don't know.... It's a confusing anime (still better than the suggverse.)
She contradicts throughout the series, it is uncertain how much of this that should be taken at face value.
For example, she's a "3-A" assuming she created the universe but Iihiko Shishime can harm her. It's mostly PIS like that. (Iihiko Shishime has bullshit OP Power Nullification & Non-Physical Interactions so he ignores Aljimu's non-corporal nature. I want to remove those feats to make it consist and not Outliers & PIS.)

Najimi's power may vary based on the abilities she uses. Iihiko not being affected by abilities (something that is natural to him) does not disqualify the deeds. Najimi is damaged by the script and she plays with it.
When she fought the Doppelgangers, she defeated a copy of Medaka, so we can see that without a script, she would beat Iihiko.
