Sounds like the general consensus is:

*8-A Iron-Man level characters (mid tier armours).
*7-A pre-Ragnarok characters.
*High 7-A/6-C upgrades for some IW/EG characters.
*Speed discussions (MHS up to MFTL+).
*6-B up to Low 5-B discussions and potential scaling fun.
*At least 3-B likely/possibly Low 2-C Vultron and those who scale to him even more fun.

This is basically everything but we also need to include Loki and Sylvie in this CRT as a very minor part, they need NPI for being able to touch alioth with their magic
 
I thought the Doctor Strange had weathered slow time without the time gem, as it seems he only activated it after he had weathered slow time.

I am starting to work on a draft of the revision, but it will probably take some time to complete it.
I think that the revision should be only regarding the What if...? stuff and the Infinity Stones haxes. It's better to talk about cross-scaling in a separate revision considering that it might upgrade the entire verse, and Emirp sumitpo is already taking care of the 7-A/6-C things.
