Uhhh...
Vibultron tanked Thor's lightning, Vision's forehead and Iron Man's charged repulsor (uncharged repulsor is what looks like balls of wind while the charged one is the yellow beam) at the same time, though clearly damaged.
Gonna have to go with Vibultron due to durability, smarts, flight and the ability to pull out rocks.
