I mean, there's also his fight with The Watcher being stated to be a battle for the fate of the Multiverse that nearly destroyed all of existence. I don't see how someone who could supposedly just destroy one timeline at a time could be a threat to an entire 6-D Multiverse that contains an uncountably infinite amount of structures, each of which contains an uncountably infinite amount of timelines that also branch out infinitely. Maybe a "Possibly 1-C" could work?

Even if he were a threat to all timelines at once, that would still only be 5D, since ℵ₁ × ℵ₁ is still ℵ₁ when you're dealing strictly with timelines. You only reach 6D if he affects all macrotimelines, not just the timelines within them.

The only true 6D being would be the non-canon Scarlet Witch with the stones and even that is arguably pretty weird.
