He should also have Light Manip for creating fireflies and mayyybe Elasticity for stretching his arms, along with Body Control for obvious reasons. He also healed Drax by inllecting him something, idk if that would be Healing or not.

When Groot touched him on the chest afterwards? Nah, he just punctured Drax's chest to remove the.... whatever that yellow liquid was. That wasn't Healing.
