Guys , I really think that the Vs Battle Wiki page is undermining the power levels of MCU Falcon
While I DO THINK that pre- Civil War feats put him at the 9-C tier level, AFTER Civil War , Falcon is definitely Wall Level . Even WITHOUT his Exo Suit , the guy is at 9-C level, he was able to survive a REPULSOR BLAST from An Angry Iron Man which is easily able to decimate walls and hurt Thor who took hits from The Hulk. He survived a multiple story fall from The 41st floor of the Triskelion into a Helicopter and broke the Helicopter's door . He survived hits from Spider-Man , fell into a souvenir shop and didn't feel a thing .
AND PLEASE NOTE that He Did Not fight with any any NORMAl HYDRA agent , but fought with Rumlow stood up to Cap in TWS WITHOUT his armor
With his EXo suit, the guy is easily Wall Level , his momentum enhanced kicks are able to stun and hurt Iron Man who took hits FROM AN ALL OUT Cap , tanked multiple cars falling on him and NO SOLD a tank missile . His exo suit also has rockets which are able to decimate a wall and wrist mounted firearm which is able to completely disintegrate a 3.1 inch steel pole with ease
