I believe this didn't warrant a crt so I didn't make one, but I thought a clear up was needed, so here it is. In Spider Man homecoming, Tony starks states that if Steve wanted to floor Peter, he easily could've, and we seem to take this at face value, regardless of every single other feat Spider Man has shown. Withstood and caught a swing from cull obsidian, totally overpowered and oversped Bucky, and fought evenly with Steve himself, who won because of the environment. Do we really just take statements like that at face value so easily?
