Pennywise can see him. He's also bound to Earth's laws. Can't use "The Deadlights True Form" Unless he is transported to the Macroverse somehow. He can still use the Deadlights Attack.

Also Pennywise has the bright lights of the Deadlights that can paralyzes you and he can kill you.

Mayuri cannot use his sword.

@DC52 Pennywise tier 2-C is only on his Deadlights Form inside the Macroverse. The battle stage here is Earth. He can't use that form here.
