Just thought about this, maybe jiren can see in 4-D which would be the reason he didnt moved when the GoD were remaking the World of Void arena as he knew where the blocks would go. Could explain why he "transcends time itself" too, as if he were to see the time flowing, he might as well break free from a "time cage" too. Maybe his "precogntion" is just perceiving things as an extra time layer as well as the other spatial dimensions. What do you guys think?
