Maxima range should be higher. This woman has interstellar teleportation. She can make a psi bridge that spans lightyears. She also used her tk on her planet. Maxima also should serve an upgrade in power. Captain Atom made her mad one day (she does not like being rejected). She got so mad and feed him so much energy that he almost jumped into the quantum and was afraid that everything would be lost. And that was just a power up.
