Max Payne vs Arthur Morgan

I'd personally give it to Arthur. With his regen and pain tolerance and items will be able to take Payne's attacks and give out more than Max can take and overwhelm him. Plus Dead Eye.

Idk this could go either way, plus its been a minutes since ive played max payne. Ill probably look at some videos then come back and vote.
